Barney is a good boy. He is initially a little tentative, but very quickly warms up and shows his energetic side. He might not be a good fit with small children. Barney should not be with cats. Barney came to us with his brother, Clyde, from southwestern Virginia. Animal control took them from a neglectful home. Breed: Wire-haired terrier mix (?) Gender: Neutered male Approx. DOB 5/1/2022 Weight: Underweight at a little over 13 pounds. Probably should weight 20. PLEASE NOTE: we only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA.
