Description:
Sidney came to AFH from one of our rescue partners. They were called by a Sheriff's Department in Florida to assist with a hoarding case involving "50 to 100" Chihuahuas. When they arrived, there were over 150! They were all living in a filthy mobile home surrounded by trash and feces. The trailer had no running water or electricity. Our rescue partner said "It was, honestly, one of the worst properties I've been on and I have been on some BAD ones." Thanks to our wonderful fosters we were able to rescue 8 dogs. Sidney is pregnant and will birth her pups in a safe, loving foster home.UPDATE: Sidney had an emergency c-section on 10/30/24. Only one puppy was viable, but is doing very well.Accuracy is not guaranteed; however, information provided is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
