Description:
Oscar was found extremely emaciated, covered in ants, fleas, ticks, etc. He could barely stand and every bone in his body was practically visible underneath his skin. He was kept by a foster to nurse him back to health but has now gained weight, is playing, happy to meet new people and obviously he LOVES to eat. He does well with playful dogs but is too rough with smaller dogs. He loves to play and is GREAT FRIENDS with a great dane fella. He meets strangers well and is food motivated enough to train so easily. He is young, handsome, and eager.
