IZZY - 5 years old, 35 pounds, house trained, and those EARS ! IZZY is a BEAUTY – deep brindle color all over, sweet bright eyes , and perky EARS to boot! Just her ears alone draw you in! And then you meet her and her SWEET PERSONALITY keeps you drawn in. • LOVING and a big SNUGGLER ! • PLAYFUL & SPUNKY - ready for a walk and some playtime. But then ready for snuggle time. • PERFECT SIZE – she can and wants to be a LAP DOG ! • LOVES TREATS and is willing to work & train for treats. • Loves CAR RIDES and is calm in the car. • D og tolerant (as noted by her previous owner); and like most dogs, she needs slow introductions . • Adult home would be great but could also see IZZY doing well with older children. We can all relate to some anxiety and Izzy has some of that herself. She loves her people and likes to be cl ose by. She is alone in her kennel at the shelter and is adjusting to that. Her past is similar to many other dogs - a bandoned in a foreclosed house, then adopted into a family and was with that family for several years. She was recently surrendered after a newborn entered the home . She’s listed as an ‘unknown’ breed and we’re trying to figure out what breed she looks like! Her previous owner noted Aussie/pittie mix – maybe… But c ome in and meet her and give it your best guess too!
