Male Dog, Pit Bull Terrier

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Meet Jimmy! This sweet little pup was found on an abandoned property in rural WA. He had been fending for himself for some time. He is now safe and sound in a foster and thriving! He is ready to find his forever family. He is now around 4 months and just the best puppy ever. What a great dog! From his fosters: Jimmy aka “Jim Bob” aka “Jimmy Neutron” is an affectionate, curious, intelligent pup ready to sink into your heart and your couch. He takes a moment to warm up to new people, but once he has, he’s a people-person all the way. Jimmy’s favorite things includes the space heater, his chew toys, and cuddle time. Jimmy has done great at his foster with potty training, leash training, and kennel training. He will need continued training and socialization to keep up the skills he has learned. Jimmy gets along great with his canine foster sister and is still learning to be calm around his smaller animal foster siblings. He is quick to learn and even quicker to win you over! He is doing very well acclimating to life as a four-month old! He is now fully potty-trained and has great basic manners. We recently started short quiet walks. Jimmy honestly has it all: he’s affectionate, playful, listens well, and gets along with other dogs. He can be a little shy in new situations, but opens up easily and quickly. Our favorite things about the little man include how much he loves being under warm blankets and the little squeaks he makes to greet us when we get home. He’s got such a sweet and funny personality! Jimmy has received his first puppy vaccinations, is microchipped and dewormed. He will be neutered between 8-12 months of age, at our cost. His adoption fee is $525 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
