Summers County Humane Society Meet Cooper. He is looking for a family to love him and care for him. His last owners admittedly dropped him off in the woods and let him fend for himself. Cooper is a sweet boy. He gets along with other dogs and loves people. He is working on walking well on a leash in foster care. Please help this sweet boy find his forever family. Please sponsor me!
