Summers County Humane Society Meet Ruby Roo. This sweet girl was found wandering all alone on a rural road. Luckily a kind soul found her and took her in. Animal could not locate her owner, so now she is available for adoption. This sweet girl loves people and gets along with other dogs. She is working on house training and leash walking in foster care. Please help Ruby find her forever home. Please sponsor me!
