Rue, female, 3yr old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, weighs 14lbs Rue came to us when her owner could no longer care for her due to some health issues. As sad as that is, her owner knew we could find her a loving home. Rue is hoping to be a companion dog for someone that is looking for a lap dog that enjoys just hanging out with you. She is wonderful with other dogs, especially if they are more her size. She can be bashful with kids so we are thinking she would like a calmer, quiet home. She loves going for walks and playing with her toys. She will follow you wherever you go and is true blue loyal to her owner. This sweet girl will melt your heart with her soulful eyes.
