Male Dog, Labrador Retriever

Labrador Retriever / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Finn Is Such A Sweetheart! He Is Quite Shy With New Things It Seems, But Very Friendly. Of course he’s all puppy, and loves to talk, walk himself on the leash, play and take naps. Of course that means he is just the best snuggler too! He is very food motivated, knows basic commands, is potty trained and the whole 9 yards! Any additional training for him will be easy considering he will follow you when it comes to food! He Is Only 10 Months Old, so he could use some manners. He's getting better on a leash. His great nose causes him to zig zag towards whatever smells the best however he's getting better at not pulling constantly. Some consistent direction will be all he needs! He currently plays together with two other dogs, one male shepherd mix, and a female shepherd collie mix. They get a lot great, and really run off some energy together. Finn would like a buddy to play around with, and be home with while his humans are gone. Any Home He Goes To Will Need To Assist With Potty Training, Chewing, Socialization, And Manners Established Early On To Bring Out The Best In Him. A Puppy Is A 10-15 Year Commitment, Please Consider This Seriously When Adopting A Younger Animal. If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at :https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-guidelines/
